They include chancroid, endocarditis, and gastro enteritis (invasive salmonellosis; shigellosis), gonorrhea, Lyme disease, meningitis (including meningococcal meningitis prophylaxis), septicemia, surgical infection (prophylaxis) syphilis, typhoid fever and Whiple’s disease.
